Eagles could be too strong for Seahawks

A trip to Seattle has often been the ideal way to knock the wind out of the sails of a team in form, particularly one with an inexperienced quarterback, but Philadelphia look up to the challenge ahead of them.

The Eagles have been in serene form, cruising to a league-leading 10-1 record albeit without facing many of their fellow elite sides.

Seattle’s noisy stadium is often too much for visiting QBs to handle but Eagles passer Carson Wentz enjoys tremendous protection from his offensive line, who also pave the way for running backs Jay Ajayi and LeGarrette Blount.

The Eagles could dominate the trenches on both sides of the ball with Seattle’s offensive line having struggled all year and home QB Russell Wilson will need to be at his dynamic best to stay upright.

The injury-hit Seahawks have lost their last two home games and were almost upset by Houston before that, so the Eagles should be confident.
