The Los Angeles Chargers just secured a big win against Atlanta, but with receivers Keenan Allen and Mike Williams both unlikely to play in this one, the bet looks to be to go with San Francisco to win by at least a touchdown in the late game.

Without their best two weapons, the Chargers' offence is likely to struggle, and going up against a 49ers team who have allowed the ninth-fewest passing yards per attempt, it is hard to see how Justin Herbert will get points on the board for Los Angeles.

As for San Francisco, the addition of star running-back Christian McCaffrey has catapulted them into being serious Super Bowl contenders, especially after he completed the holy trinity of passing, rushing and receiving touchdowns in the 49ers’ 31-14 victory over the Rams two weeks ago.

That was when McCaffrey was still a fresh face in San Francisco, and having just had a bye week to get acclimatised to the playbook, this has all the makings of a huge win for the 49ers.
