UFC Fight Night preview

Former UFC lightweight champion Frankie Edgar has dropped down to bantamweight in an attempt to get his UFC career back on track after a difficult couple of years but he may be running into the wrong opponent when he faces Pedro Munhoz.

Edgar has lost three of his last four fights - he sole win during that period came against fellow veteran Cub Swanson - and it's an interesting move at 39 years old for him to cut even more weight from his slender frame to make the bantamweight limit.

Worryingly for Edgar fans, he has lost three of his last four fights and was knocked out in the first round of two of his recent contests having previously gone his entire career without being stopped.

Munhoz has won two of his last three by KO and has plenty of submission finishes up his sleeve, so back him to win without the need for scorecards.

On the undercard, big-hitting Alonzo Menifield is worth supporting to KO Ovince Saint Preux, who often flatters to deceive, while Marcin Prachnio should get the better of Mike Rodriguez but may need the judges' verdict to do so.
