Consecutive wins have put West Brom back in the Championship title reckoning but a double defensive blow may leave them vulnerable at home to a Derby side who are on a real rattle in their pursuit of the playoffs.

The Baggies were 4-2 winners at home to Hull on Sunday but an injury to Kieran Gibbs and the suspension of Ahmed Hegazi leaves their backline weakened and the Rams, who have collected 16 points from their last six games, have the resources to capitalise.

However, West Brom’s attacking options are arguably the strongest in the division and it would be something of a surprise if they can’t add to their tally of 71 goals in 41 league games.
