Match preview

Leicester have been a formidable force on the road this season and they can extend that fantastic run when they make the trip to Molineux to face Wolves.

The Foxes ended a two-game winless run last time out when they overcame Fulham 2-0 at Craven Cottage, a result that left them third in the table and five points behind leaders Manchester City heading into this weekend's fixtures.

That victory in south-west London was Leicester's eighth league win on the road this season, while Brendan Rodgers' men have lost just one of their 11 away top-flight assignments this term.

Opponents, Wolves, have endured a difficult campaign and although they picked up a 2-1 win at home to Arsenal last time out, they struggled to shake off a Gunners side who ended the match with nine men.

The Black Country outfit are still struggling to fill the void left by injured Mexico international Raul Jimenez, while defensive issues are also a concern with just one clean sheet recorded from their last eight matches across all competitions.

Leicester are also boosted by the return to fitness of former England striker Jamie Vardy, who has scored nine of his 11 league goals this season away from home, and he will be itching to get back in the hunt for the Golden Boot.

The Foxes have been impressive on the road and should have enough to overcome an inconsistent Wolves side and head back to East Midlands with the spoils.

Key stat

Leicester have lost just one of their 11 Premier League away games this season.
