Match preview

Time is starting to run out for Tottenham to close the gap on the top four and the recent resurgence of Chelsea, along with consistent performances from Everton and West Ham hasn't helped.

Spurs are starting to pick up, though, and they won successive league games for the first time since November when they edged past Fulham on Thursday.

Gareth Bale and Dele Alli, who struggled for gametime in the first half of the season, have come to the fore in recent weeks.

Bale has netted four goals in his last five outings, including a brace in the 4-0 thrashing of Burnley on Sunday but the Real Madrid loanee is likely to be held back for this game.

Jose Mourinho certainly isn't short on options with the majority of his squad fit and it's just a case of ensuring he manages their workload correctly during the final 12 games.

Palace head across the capital buoyed by Wilfried Zaha's return to fitness after failing to hit the back of the net in four of their five games without him.

Scoring has been a major problem for Palace this term and they have notched just 29 times, while all but one of their away defeats have come by at least two goals. Six of Tottenham's seven home wins have come by at least two goals and a similar outcome looks likely.

At a bigger price, the 9-1 with bet365 about the match featuring under six total corners in the match can also be considered. Spurs and Palace are 18th and 19th in the standings for flag-kicks won this season, averaging just over four and three respectively per game.

Key stat

Six of Tottenham's seven home wins this season have come by at least two goals.
