Surprised faces after East Street Revue scores a 25-1 win in sprint handicap

There were some surprised faces in the winner's enclosure after East Street Revue landed the 5f handicap at 25-1.

The six-year-old had not been running well in recent times having failed to win last year and being well beaten on his two starts this season, but with his usual blinkers left off and help from the handicapper, he regained his form to win his fifth race.

Running in the colours of Alan Heley, who also bred him, East Street Revue proved that he still enjoys his racing and although he looked destined for second spot when headed by Qaaraat coming to the final furlong, he battled his way back to win by a neck.
