Adam Kirby reaffirmed his commitment to riding for as long as he possibly can after partnering Golden Horde to an electric success in the Group 1 Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot on Friday.

Kirby, 32, has often spoken frankly about the work that goes into maintaining his weight, and runs a successful pre-training and sales preparation business at Vicarage Farm near Newmarket alongside his riding career.

However, the jockey plans to continue for as long as he can, with victories on the likes of Golden Horde helping to keep the fire burning.
