Track specialist Kylecrue will put it up to rivals says trainer John Ryan

Listen Dear, runner-up on her last two starts, will be seeking a fifth win over fences on her first appearance at Listowel.

Trained by Willie Mullins for the Supreme Horse Racing Club, the eight-year-old mare ran second at Ballinrobe on her most recent appearance and renews rivalry with Don't Touch It, who finished behind her last time.

Mullins said: "Listen Dear is in good order. She's well enough in at the weights and the ground and trip should suit."

The six-runner field also includes course specialist Kylecrue, winner of this race two years ago and who ran second in the Kerry Group Handicap Chase over the course and trip on Sunday when trying to win that event for the fourth year in a row.

His trainer John Ryan said: "I know he looks up against it at the weights but he loves Listowel and with a better jump at the last on Sunday he'd have run the winner close. He came out of the race well and he'll put it up to them."

Carlingford Lough, a multiple Grade 1 winner but now a 12-year-old and having his first run since being pulled up in the Grand National in April, and Don't Touch It represent JP McManus.

Rachael Blackmore has a 25 per cent strike-rate when riding for Henry de Bromhead and she partners the trainer's Alisier D'Irlande, who is returning from a 123-day absence. All three of the eight-year-old's chase wins have come from the front. The Andy McNamara-trained Val De Ferbet completes the line-up.
