Market movers: three runners attracting the money on Good Friday
Exchequer16-1 (from 25-1)
1.30 Lingfield
The Richard Guest-trained eight-year-old has been in consistent form recently, including when second in a Class 2 at Wolverhampton in January.
On the best of his form he would have a say in this competitive apprentice handicap and he has won or been placed in 15 of his 25 starts on the all-weather.
The son of Acclamation was a tight winner on his penultimate start at Newcastle in November and bids to bounce back from finishing fifth of six at the track in January.
Those two runs came over a mile and he could arguably be seen to best effect over seven furlongs under apprentice Sebastian Woods.
Middleham Park's six-year-old finished tenth on his seasonal reappearance in the Lincoln last month but looks set to improve with the benefit of that run.
The gelding won four times last year, including on good to firm ground, and is the type to thrive on his racing. Conor McGovern, who has ridden one winner from his last four rides in the past two weeks, takes the mount.
