Ryan calls up Tudhope to replace Spencer on The Grey Gatsby

Kevin Ryan said his stable star The Grey Gatsby needed a fresh pair of hands as he revealed he was behind the decision to jock off Jamie Spencer in favour of Danny Tudhope in the Group 1 Juddmonte International Stakes at York tomorrow.
Spencer has partnered the five-year-old on his last six outings, including when third in the Knavesmire contest a year ago, and most recently when chasing home Big Orange in the Group 2 Princess Of Wales's Stakes at Newmarket last month.
