Tizzard dreaming of Nationals as Sizing Codelco strikes
Colin Tizzard capped another memorable festival when Sizing Codelco and Robbie Power provided him with his third Punchestown success of the week by running out a clearcut winner of the Pat Taaffe Handicap Chase.
Tizzard admitted he will now be dreaming of bigger and better things next season with the Ann and Alan Potts-owned winner, and pointed to Newbury as a likely starting point for the new campaign.
"We're only just learning about how good a horse he is," the trainer said. "We might look at the Hennessy next year and I suppose we'd be looking at him becoming a Grand National horse next spring."
