David Carr talks to the prolific North Yorkshire trainer

If there is one place you can almost guarantee winners once the season gets rolling it is Habton Grange in North Yorkshire.

Tim Easterby won at least 20 races in every month from May to September last year on the way to smashing his personal best with 136 altogether.

He is hard to beat close to home and had double-figure tallies in 2021 at Beverley, Catterick, Redcar, Ripon and York, where he was champion trainer for the first time in 22 years.
