It is not all about speed at Kevin Ryan's yard high up in the Hambleton Hills in the North York Moors National Park.

Yes, it is the top six-furlong races that beckon once again for Sprint Cup winner Emaraaty Ana, who is primed for another crack at the Breeders' Cup in the autumn.

The stable also has plenty of ammunition for the top sprint handicaps: Ryan has won the Ayr Gold Cup five times and last year's winner Bielsa could well be on the team again this term.
