She's gifted and won comfortably at Newbury after we switched her to fences last season. I'm sure she can progress again as a chaser before her second career as a broodmare.

He surprised us when winning a handicap hurdle at Ascot in December. He wants deep ground, so we put him away when conditions dried in the spring. He ran over fences in France and should be a useful novice chaser this winter.

Everything looked in place for a similar campaign to when she won the Champion Hurdle in 2020 after her excellent reappearance in the Fighting Fifth, but she was beaten in the Christmas Hurdle and then finished third to Honeysuckle in the Champion Hurdle and at Punchestown. She's had a full MOT, with particular attention to her back, and I'm hopeful she can return to her sparkling best, when she's such a quick and accurate jumper. She'll head to Newcastle for Fighting Fifth again, although Honeysuckle will be a tough nut to crack later in the campaign.
