The Punt Acca: Matt Rennie with three tips from Brighton, Pontefract and Windsor on Monday
Three horses to include in a treble on Monday

Buy The Dip (4.02 Brighton)
Course specialists are ones to follow at this track and this five-year-old can go well again at his favourite venue in the mile handicap. Trained by Jim Boyle, he has finished out of the first three just once in eight track starts, with two of those being successes. He bounced back to form when second over the course and distance last time and could still be well-treated, despite being 2lb higher for this.
Educator (6.20 Pontefract)
A wind operation has worked the oracle in rejuvenating this six-year-old's career and he can complete a hat-trick in the 1m4f handicap. Trained by Henrietta Knight, he had lost his way before having the surgery, which has since resulted in victories at Lingfield and Windsor. He's up 4lb for that last success, but this could be an easier task and he's won off higher marks before.
Regal Envoy (7.00 Windsor)
William Knight has this six-year-old in the form of his life and that can roll on in this 5f handicap. His fine form started at Newmarket's Craven meeting in April and after a narrow defeat at this track over 6f, he got back to winning ways over the course and distance last month. He denied Existent by a head that day, who has since run well in the Epsom Dash. A 3lb rise for his latest success doesn't look harsh either.
