Take The Tin Man to swoop late for repeat win at Ascot

A headwind of up to 50mph is forecast for Ascot on Saturday and that could severely compromise front-runners in the 6f Qipco British Champions Sprint, including Harry Angel.
THE TIN MAN came late to win this race 12 months ago and his running style will again be an asset. He could finish only third to Harry Angel in the Group 1 Sprint Cup at Haydock last time, but the heavy ground was against him that day and it was difficult to come from off the pace.
The James Fanshawe-trained five-year-old has often bounced back from a below-par effort, recording form figures of 1111113 (6-7) immediately following a defeat. A low draw will increase confidence.
