The Punt Acca: Charlie Huggins bids for a third successful nap in a row with horse racing tips from Kempton and Ludlow

Three horses to include in a treble on Monday . . .

Miami Magic (1.00 Kempton)

Won a British point-to-point by 11 lengths for Dale Peters in March and then looked the winner throughout at Aintree in May before being headed on the line. The five-year-old went one better than in that point-to-point bumper when making a successful hurdling and stable debut for Stuart Edmunds at Fakenham last month. Miami Magic was a comfortable ten-length winner over Authentic Legacy, who was second again on his next start in an eight-runner novice hurdle. This will be tougher under a 6lb penalty in a better race against more opposition, but Miami Magic should have the class to go back to back. 

Coconut Twist (1.15 Ludlow)

Finished sixth behind Law Of Supply, who followed up in a better race off a 10lb higher mark at Ascot on Friday, on his penultimate start at Worcester. Coconut Twist split Flash In The Park and Lermoos Legend, who have both won since, on that occasion and is now rated 2lb lower. The six-year-old was third at Lingfield behind a David Pipe-trained winner who is well ahead of the handicapper and the blinkers he wore for the first time there have been retained. He should go close off the same mark of 95.

Belle Montrose (2.15 Ludlow)

An opening mark of 93 could underestimate Belle Montrose, who was fourth on her hurdling debut at Newton Abbot in June. The runner-up from that mares' novice hurdle, Hard As Nails, has won a handicap off a mark of 106 since and Belle Montrose backed up that decent effort by finishing third at Stratford in July. The five-year-old chased home the 110-rated Lady Jago in her point-to-point and a 134-day absence is not a concern as her trainer Sam Drinkwater saddled Spike Jones to win off the back of a 339-day layoff recently.
