I'm hoping Cover Up will have a fitness and class edge for Simon and Ed Crisford in the Scottish Sprint Cup Handicap. 

Having closed the last British turf season with a career-best win in a 15-runner Class 2 at Doncaster for John and Thady Gosden, he went on his travels for the Crisfords, and apart than finishing last on dirt at Jebel Ali, he ran really well.

He won a Listed race at Meydan in December and was then placed in Group 2 and 3 company on his next two outings, the latest when beaten under two lengths last month.

Cover Up has won five times from ten runs over five furlongs, with two of those defeats coming with those Group placings and another on dirt, and he could be a sprinter going places this season.
