Nap of the day: the best horse racing tips from the day's three meetings

Chepstow

4.47: El Rojo Grande

Monbari got his career back on track last time and returning here off a perfectly good mark further heightens interest. Palawan Du Mazet was seen in a different light in winning at Taunton but back in third that day was El Rojo Grande, who was returning from a long absence and he would have finished closer but for jumping out to his left at a lot of the fences. Ideallko should also be involved given how well he's been running. Alistair Jones

Curragh

4.20: First Wave

Runner-up to stablemates on both starts last year, including at this track, First Wave can be suited by the step up to this trip and score. Raykir, Admiral Churchill and Mister Adam look to be his main dangers, while top-class bumper horse A Dream To Share is a fascinating runner. Tyrone Molloy

Market Rasen

3.22: Gms Prince

This unappealing novice handicap looks an ideal opportunity for Gms Prince to get off the mark on his 15th run over hurdles. Seek Him There and Hardy Buck are two others to consider. Colin Russell
