Harry Wilson fired in 17-2 and 100-30 winners in his last column - find out his tips for every race on ITV4 on Saturday

Harry Wilson returns with his advice for all seven races at Sandown on Saturday – and the three live on ITV from Hereford and Wolverhampton . . .

1.15 Sandown
Betfair Racing Podcasts Juvenile Handicap Hurdle, 2m

Harry's tip: Galactic Charm

Melon looks a promising prospect but his opening mark is no gift and, given Gary Moore has won this three times in the last six years, Galactic Charm is the choice. On his hurdling debut he chased home Hot Fuss, a very good Flat horse who had previous hurdling experience having got within four lengths of Triumph Hurdle favourite East India Dock first time out, over this course and distance before easily landing short odds on his next start. He can be forgiven for pulling up last time, as that came in Grade 2 company, and this strong traveller could take some beating back in calmer waters.

1.50 Sandown
European Breeders' Fund Betfair 'National Hunt' Novices' Handicap Hurdle Final, 2m4f

Harry's tip: Belliano

Ben Pauling had the one-two last year and has three chances here, probably headed by Meetmebythesea, although The Kemble Brewery may reverse form with that rival on better terms. However, Paul Nicholls has won this three times in the last ten years and looks to have a prime candidate in Belliano, who was bought for £255,000 after winning an Irish point that has worked out well. He's won his last two starts, with his hurdling debut second behind The New Lion reading excellently as well, and could be a lot better than an opening mark of 125.

2.05 Hereford
DragonBet Backing Our Opinion At Cheltenham Handicap Chase, 2m

Harry's tip: Hypotenus

Hypotenus won a maiden hurdle and was placed in a good-ground beginners' chase when trained in Ireland by Gavin Cromwell and has suggested he's up to winning a race like this for Joe Tickle with two fine efforts at Sandown. His reappearance third has worked out very well, with the winner going close in the Greatwood Gold Cup next time and the second winning since, and he is 4lb lower despite running well next time, while this sharper track is likely to suit this front-runner, who jumps very well.

2.25 Sandown
Betfair Imperial Cup Handicap Hurdle, 2m

Harry's tip: Wreckless Eric

There are plenty in with a chance, not least last year's winner Go Dante. William Hill Hurdle second Lump Sum, the Willie Mullins-trained Batman Girac and course-and-distance winner Ooh Betty warrant respect, but I still don't think we've seen the best of Wreckless Eric. He hasn't been seen to best effect lately, finishing best of the rest behind one who got away at Cheltenham in December before not picking up in the soft ground at Windsor last time, but his defeat of subsequent winner Cavern Club in November reads well. He'd be unbeaten right-handed but for a fall at the second-last at Wincanton in October and this stiff track will suit.

2.45 Wolverhampton
BetMGM Lincoln Trial Handicap, 1m½f

Harry's tip: Zoffandia

Zoffandia ran to a good level in two starts for William Haggas, notably finishing third on his debut in a Nottingham maiden that was run in a good time. He was an eyecatcher on his stable debut for Keiran Burke at Kempton after a 226-day break, staying on for fourth without being given a hard race, and built on that when winning with a fair bit in hand in a handicap at that track last month. The switch to a left-handed course should suit and a 5lb rise for last time might underestimate him.

3.00 Sandown
British Stallion Studs EBF Mares' Standard Open National Hunt Flat Race (Listed), 2m

Harry's tip: Charisma Cat

Supreme Malinas was bit below her best last time and has to carry a penalty back against her own sex, which will count against her, so it's best to focus on Charisma Cat and Dream Shadow, who were second and third in a Listed bumper at Market Rasen in January. While the latter seemed to have little excuse, the former looked very unlucky, staying on powerfully from a difficult position having met some trouble. She was 2-2 before that and is open to more improvement.

3.20 Wolverhampton
BetMGM Lady Wulfruna Stakes (Listed), 7f

Harry's tip: Fair Angellica

Fair Angellica showed plenty of promise as a juvenile, winning two all-weather races before landing a Newmarket handicap at the expense of Witness Stand, who is now rated 22lb higher. She continued that progress last year, bolting up in a Kempton handicap to take her all-weather record to a perfect 3-3 and winning a Listed race at Deauville in July before finishing fourth in a Group 3 at Doncaster in September. Her prominent racing style should lend itself nicely to this track and she's not fully exposed yet.

3.35 Sandown
Best Odds On The Betfair Exchange Handicap Chase, 3m

Harry's tip: Excello

Excello won over fences when trained in France and bettered all previous form when readily beating the then 149-rated Solo by six and a half lengths in a graduation chase at Ascot in November 2023 on his second start for Nicky Henderson. He was only a four-year-old then and can easily be excused for finding the hustle and bustle of quality Cheltenham handicap chases too much on his next two starts. He's failed to reach that level in four runs over hurdles this season, but his handicap rating has fallen accordingly and chasing is clearly his discipline, so a much better run is expected off what looks an extremely workable mark now he returns to fences.

4.10 Sandown
Betfair Exchange Novices' Limited Handicap Chase, 2m4f

Harry's tip: Georgi Girl

Don't Tell Su could improve on his first start over fences, while Risk De Pluie will benefit from going back up in trip, but Georgi Girl ran really well when faced with a tough task in a Listed race at Exeter on her chasing debut last time and can build on that now she returns to handicap company. The form of her fifth in a mares' handicap hurdle at Cheltenham in December couldn't have worked out any better and she's open to any amount of improvement over fences now back up in trip.

4.45 Sandown
betting.betfair.com Handicap Chase, 2m4f

Harry's tip: Triple Trade

Triple Trade has been rather disappointing in the last year, but all those efforts came around two miles and he offered a lot more when fitted with a first-time tongue-tie in a 2m4½f handicap chase at Kempton last month, staying on well for second behind an improver. That effort can be marked up as the ground was very soft and all but one of his top nine RPRs have come on a better surface. The tongue-tie is retained here, the surface will be more in his favour and he's dropped to a mark 11lb below his last winning one, so he should be up to winning this.
