Evening Angles: three to note based on Racing Post stats

Using the Racing Post's unrivalled bank of stats, we pick out three horses to back tonight based on trainer form, RPRs and, tonight's wild card, a well handicapped sprinter . . .
Trainer form
Zafaranah
5.55 Leicester
Angle: trainer is operating at 40 per cent strike-rate in last fortnight
Cambridgeshire-based Classic winner Pam Sly has had just five runners in the last fortnight, saddling winners at 3-1 and 10-1 during that period.
She aims to maintain the fine run with Zafaranah, whose best form is probably on the all-weather, but shouldn't be discounted too readily on her return from a break with a good amateur booked.
Racing Post Ratings
Piano Solo
7.15 Curragh
Angle: sets a high standard for others to aim at
Piano Solo looks the one to beat as he is 19lb clear of his rivals on Racing Post Ratings.
He went close in a Navan maiden and then performed better than expectations when fourth at 20-1 in a Listed heat at the Curragh last time. He should be tough to beat.
Well treated
Mr Wagyu
9.05 Hamilton
Angle: down to a low mark
This John Quinn-trained gelding has not won for 11 months, but when he did – at Newmarket in July – it came from a mark of 80, which makes him an appealing proposition off an 11lb lower rating.
The four-year-old has hardly been in bad form and shaped with promise over course and distance last week, so a victory might not be far away.
