Worcestershire v Yorkshire
Sky Sports Cricket & Main Event, 1pm Sunday

Worcestershire played some terrific cricket on their way to the semi-finals of the One-Day Cup and they have started the T20 Blast in a similar vein, winning their first four games in the North Group.

Despite that fine form, the Royals are not clear favourites for their home clash with Yorkshire but they have every chance of extending their winning run to five matches.

Yorkshire have won two of their three games but both of those victories came against a Durham side who finished bottom of their One-Day Cup group and look set to struggle in the Twenty20 competition too.

Yorkshire's other game was a chastening defeat at Birmingham Bears, who cruised to a target of 158 after taking 33 off the first over of the run-chase.

Worcestershire belted 130-3 off just nine overs in a rain-reduced victory over Northamptonshire on Friday and New Zealand's Martin Guptill, Australia's Travis Head and England hopeful Joe Clarke form a superb top three.

Young bowler Dillon Pennington has taken 2-22 and 4-9 in his first two Blast appearances and the confident home side can take another two points in the North Group.

In Sunday's other game, Birmingham are 4-7 favourites to beat a Durham side who blew a great chance of a win against Yorkshire on Friday night.

Chasing just 158 for victory, Durham collapsed from 99-1 to 146-6 and they are 13-8 to bounce back against the Bears.

Recommendation
Worcestershire
3pts 10-11 general
