Preview

Aberdeen will have been disappointed to pick up only a point at Ross County on Tuesday but the Dons can record an overdue away win at Livingston on Saturday.

Stephen Glass's side won the shot count 14-4 and had 62 per cent possession at Dingwall but they were unable to convert their superiority into three points. However, looking at Aberdeen's performances over the last few months, it's hard not to rate them as the Scottish Premiership's third-best outfit.

The Dons have lost only two of their last nine matches and they look pretty certain to control the game against Livingston.

Livi have scored 11 goals in their last 11 games, and although they have been picking up some good results of late, their points tally is outstripping their performance levels. David Martindale's side won't be helped by the suspension of striker Jon Nouble and they look worth opposing at the Tony Macaroni.

Shaun Maloney has had a tricky start to life at Hibs boss and it's five games without a win for the Easter Road side. It took a Man of the Match performance from keeper Kevin Dabrowski to hold Hearts to a 0-0 in the Edinburgh derby on Tuesday night and that was a game where the Hibees managed just two shots on target.

Of course, Maloney could have done without losing Martin Boyle in the January transfer window, but Hibs look lacklustre in attack without the Australian international in their ranks.

St Mirren picked up wins against Dundee United and Aberdeen last month and their efforts on the road have been better than their league position suggests. At 7-2 St Mirren could prove the bettor's buddy at Easter Road.
