A trip to Saudi Arabia has emerged on Willie Mullins' radar after Stratum's success in the Cesarewitch last Saturday, but the all-conquering trainer has his sights fixed on Somerset on Wednesday, saddling Diamond Hill in the race he claimed 12 months ago with True Self.

A daughter of Beat Hollow, Diamond Hill has mixed both codes successfully with a bumper and hurdle win, but she is an unbeaten three from three on the Flat and struck in a Listed race at Galway last month.

Mullins, fresh from a weekend of big-race triumphs, said on Tuesday: "She's in good form and we're hoping she will handle the forecast soft ground better than some of her rivals."

Diamond Hill will be ridden by Shane Foley, who has had one ride at Bath and recently won Newmarket's Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes on Millisle.

His weighing-room colleague Billy Lee also has his second ride at the track in the race, partnering Bongiorno for Willie McCreery.

Rated 93, Bongiorno finished fourth to Diamond Hill in that Galway race last time and McCreery said: "She's in good form and stays all day, so the trip on soft ground shouldn't be a problem."

Mullins is not the only leading jumps operator involved at Bath as champion trainer Paul Nicholls fields Quel Destin in the card's 2m1f handicap (), which he won last year with Divin Bere.

Nicholls' daughter Megan did the steering that day and is also aboard Quel Destin, who won Chepstow's Grade 1 Finale Juvenile Hurdle in December and was last seen finishing a respectable fifth in the Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
