The top-class action continues apace with Fairyhouse picking up the baton. The course stages a sumptuous card including three Grade 1s, each with its own storyline.

Apple's Jade can grab the headlines as she attempts a third win in the baroneracing.com Hatton's Grace Hurdle (2.40).

At the start of the week it looked like Carlisle would be hosting the only meeting in Britain but the rain came just in time for Leicester to put on an all-hurdles card.

A walkover for Bailarico will finish the card at Leicester, gifting Fitorfat Racing, Warren Greatrex and Gavin Sheehan a winner.

The former Godolphin inmate will have the distinction of being a novice hurdle winner without jumping a flight.
