Order Of St George demolished the field in the Irish St Leger with a performance that ranks him up with the best horses in Europe.

This was him at his best. He had been turned over at odds-on four times in the last year but there was no messing this time as the unpredictable hero proved that on his day he is the classiest stayer around.

Ryan Moore sent him to the front rounding the bend and there was no looking back as he powered clear up the straight before coasting home to win by nine lengths.
