Paul Nicholls makes the long journey to Carlisle with useful chaser Dolos, who contests the £50,000 Weatherbys Hamilton Graduation Chase (2.35).

Earlier in the day, unbeaten hurdler Vinndication makes his first start over fences for trainer Kim Bailey in the Smarkets Novices' Chase (1.30). He takes on a competitive field in Cumbria including Oliver Sherwood's talented chasing prospect Euxton Lane.

There is more jumps action at Thurles and Kempton, which hosts its Pertemps Network Handicap Hurdle (2.55). Nicky Henderson has a number of exciting prospects on the card including Before Midnight, Kupatana and Epatante.

And on the Flat, Coiste Bodhar is set to make his 100th racecourse outing on the all-weather at Southwell (2.45).
