Eve Johnson Houghton, Donnacha O'Brien and Tom Marquand join our expert panel
Sporting's Charles Hitchings and Henry Spiller also give their verdicts
How far do you think Irish Oaks winner Sea Of Class will go this season?
Charles Hitchings, Sporting Index odds compiler She’s done everything asked of her so far and progressed nicely against a weak crop of three-year-olds. The older fillies should be a different story and she might struggle against Coronet in the Yorkshire Oaks. Connections have also been keen to avoid soft ground so far in her career so there should be a doubt about her running in some of the big autumn races if it’s a wet season.
Eve Johnson Houghton, trainer She was very impressive, and even more impressive was the ride she was given by James Doyle. They have been very patient with her and it’s paying off now. There’s no reason why she’ll not keep improving.
Tom Marquand, jockey James Doyle was at his best on her and brought out the best in her. It was a cosy and impressive win and I’m sure William Haggas will have a beautiful path plotted out for her. There’s no reason why she couldn’t win an Arc.
