Wrong that Phil Kirby's name is being dragged through the mud over Bushypark
Just when he should have been celebrating a winner last week, Phil Kirby was instead making headlines for the wrong reasons. He has every right to be hugely frustrated – I know I am.
It's understandable that Bushypark's win at Hexham – after he had been backed down to 7-4 favourite from a morning 16-1 – is being looked into by the BHA, but some of the comments on the subject have been hugely unfair, with Kirby's name being dragged through the mud in the most misguided circumstances.
