John O'Hara talks to the Warwickshire trainer about his high-performing string

Olly Murphy made a bright start to his training career, with 47 winners in his first season, and he continues to make giant strides.

Last season he finished with 80 winners and more than £634,998 in prize-money, but those impressive totals both look to be bettered this term. In fact, his cash haul of £720,875 is already a personal best by some way.

“I know we all want winners, but my ambition is to get as high up the trainers’ championship table as possible and you do that with prize-money, so obviously I’m delighted with how things
are going in that area,” Murphy says.
