Machine now ready to make his mark

SALACRES MACHINE, yet to score in five career starts, can reward the faithful by striking in A3 class at Towcester tonight at 8.41, live on PGR.
Peter Harnden’s dog is blessed with serious early speed and can go from the front tonight over 500m and last home.
The October pup will only improve and get stronger with more racing and is fancied to clear Nick Deas’ in-form Trumpers Derek on his left to boss the inside.
An earlier D1 can also go the way of Harnden courtesy of Salacres Seren at 7.16.
She is one of three in the 270m contest chasing a hat-trick and is fancied to achieve that feat with another bullet break.
There is top-grade action on the card at Sunderland as well tonight and an inside draw makes Ann Lagan’s Queen Dido of interest in the A1 at 8.01.
The British-bred daughter of Eden The Kid rediscovered her trapping boots in a smart A2 success last time out and a similar start can give her the edge in a trappy 450m affair.
The rails slot also looks good for Graham Strike’s Lady Miami in the A4 contest which follows at 8.19.
She has really found her form again following a February season, and the former A2 bitch can continue her progress back up the ladder and complete a hat-trick in the process.
