Verdict

Motherwell are in great form and can see off Ross County at Fir Park on Saturday.

Manager Stephen Robinson has been linked with the Hearts job and it's not hard to see why he's getting admiring glances after building another exciting team at Well.

They have scored three goals in each of their last three games, dismantling Hamilton, Hibs and Hearts. They are stronger at Fir Park but last week's win at Tynecastle showed they are comfortable anywhere.

Sherwin Seedorf and Jermaine Hylton have both netted in their last two games and Well are playing with plenty of attacking confidence.

County got off to a good start in the Ladbrokes Premiership but had a couple of shockers when they were thumped by Livingston and Aberdeen. They got back to winning ways last week with an injury-time winner against St Mirren, but Motherwell are crying out to be backed at anything around even money.

Inverness are another side who are on the right track and they can make it a miserable trip home to Dumfries for Queen of the South.

John Robertson's side have won four of their last five games with their other result being a draw at Dundee. They've also won all five of their home games at the Caledonian Stadium this term.

Caley Thistle should remain competitive in the Ladbrokes Championship with Robertson a proven manager at this level. They have some in-form players such as Nikolay Todorov and Jordan White and will fancy their chances against South.

The Palmerston Park side got their first league win of the season last week against Morton but this is a far more tricky encounter.

Cowdenbeath look overpriced to win at Hampden against Queen's Park. The Hampden side are set to rip up 152 years of history by abandoning their amateur status next month and they will also quit the national stadium at the end of the season.

They have stuttered on the pitch after going three games without a win and they were outplayed by Albion Rovers at home last week.

Contrast that with the Blue Brazil, who have won their last three games including a fine 3-0 smashing of Stenhousemuir last time out.

Queen's Park are yet to win at Hampden in the league this season and the Fifers look a nice price for the win.
