UFC Fight Night London preview

The UFC returns to London on Saturday when British fighter Tom Aspinall headlines the card against fellow heavyweight Alexander Volkov.

Aspinall, who made his UFC debut in 2020, is ranked 11th in the division after winning each of his four trips to the Octagon.

Volkov, ranked sixth, presents Aspinall's biggest challenge yet but a home crowd at the O2 Arena could be crucial for the Atherton-born striker.

The 28-year-old has three wins by TKO under the UFC banner and nine of his 11 career wins have come via that route.

Aspinall has been tipped as a future title contender and earning a knockout victory will put him firmly in the conversation.

Arnold Allen, who hails from Ipswich, faces Dan Hooker in the co-main event as he looks to pick up his ninth successive win.

Only Max Holloway has enjoyed a longer winning streak (13) in the history of the UFC featherweight division.

Hooker and Arnold have similar styles and this could become something of a chess match with the judges needed to pick a winner.

Arnold's last four victories have all come via decision and another win by that route looks the most likely outcome.

Paul Craig has returned to his roots to string together a five-fight unbeaten streak, leaning heavily on his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu background.

He gets the chance to extend that run against Nikita Krylov and there's plenty of value in backing Craig to win by submission.

The Scot has sealed 12 of his 15 wins via submission, while five of Krylov's losses have come in that fashion.
