Algeria to beat Guinea 8pm

Algeria didn't put a foot wrong in the Africa Cup of Nations group stage and can make it four wins in succession by defeating Guinea in the round of 16. Guinea finished third in Group B – three points below Madagascar – and are likely to be outclassed.

Brazil to beat Peru 9pm

Peru have performed far beyond expectations at Copa America but they are unlikely to spring a surprise against Brazil in the final. Brazil have been solid rather than spectacular in most of their matches but they were able to cut loose in their group-stage clash with Peru, winning 5-0.

Mexico to beat USA 2am Monday

Mexico have had two close calls at the Concacaf Gold Cup – needing penalties to see off Costa Rica and extra-time to overhaul Haiti – but they are the likely winners in the final against USA. Home advantage may not be worth much to the Stars & Stripes, who lost 2-1 to Mexico in Columbus during World Cup qualifying.
