Valencia value to claim much-needed victory at Eibar
Real should shut out travel-sick Rayo Vallecano

Eleven Sports from midday Saturday
Eibar v Valencia
7.45pm
Valencia have drawn nine of their 15 La Liga matches this season but they can claim a much-needed three points against mid-table Eibar at Ipurua Municipal Stadium.
Los Che were impressive 2-1 victors at home to Manchester United on Wednesday and they have plenty of scope to climb the La Liga standings.

Valencia

Key stat
Eibar have kept just one clean sheet in their last six home fixtures.

Real Madrid v Rayo Vallecano
5.30pm
An understrength Real Madrid side slumped to a 3-0 Champions League loss at home to CSKA Moscow on Wednesday but the return of some star players should ensure a comfortable success over lowly Rayo Vallecano.
Real have kept clean sheets in their last two league games and should shut out Rayo, who have suffered four successive away league defeats.
Dan Childs's recommendation
Real Madrid to win 2-0
1pt 8-1 Sky Bet
Key stat
Rayo have failed to score in three of their last four matches.

Real Valladolid v Atletico Madrid
3.15pm
Atletico’s struggle to win away games means Diego Simeone’s men won’t find it easy brushing aside Valladolid.
Simeone sent out a strong side at Brugge on Tuesday to try to pip Dortmund for top spot in Champions League Group A, but the move didn’t come off.
The Spanish powers were held to a 0-0 draw to enable Dortmund to leapfrog them.
The fact that it was a stalemate in Belgium should surprise no one since Atletico have also drawn five of seven road games in the Primera Liga. They aren’t losing games on their travels but they are definitely struggling to win them. They have drawn four away matches in a row in the league.
They haven’t played Valladolid in the league since 2014 but the side Sergio Gonzalez has brought up from the second division are obdurate.
They have already ticked off games against Barcelona, Real Madrid and Sevilla yet have shipped just 15 goals in their 15 league outings.
They have also had the week off since winning 2-1 at Real Sociedad last weekend.
Eleven of Valladolid’s 15 matches and 12 of Atletico’s have produced two goals or fewer and in a low-scorer (added to Atletico’s away record) the draw looks a big runner.

Getafe v Real Sociedad
Midday
Getafe have lost just once in their last nine matches and look good-value favourites to topple Sociedad in the capital.
Sociedad have won four times on the road this season but they head to Getafe low on confidence after successive league losses away to Betis (0-1) and at home to Valladolid (1-2).
Dan Childs's recommendation
Getafe
1pt 13-10 general
Key stat
Real Sociedad have not kept a clean sheet in their last five away fixtures.
