Leipzig have already secured a top-four finish in the Bundesliga this season as well as having reached the semi-finals of the Europa League, and they can round off a great campaign with victory in Saturday's German Cup final.

After a slow start, the Red Bulls turned their season around following the arrival of Domenico Tedesco in December. Leipzig won only five of their first 14 league matches but recorded 12 wins from 20 games after Tedesco replaced Jesse Marsch in the hotseat.

They are loaded with top attacking talent in Andre Silva, Christopher Nkunku and Dani Olmo and should have enough to see off plucky Freiburg in Berlin.

A sixth-placed league finish was a remarkable achievement for Freiburg and things could have been even better for the Black Forest boys had they not lost their final two games to Union Berlin and Bayer Leverkusen.

Those defeats hint that Freiburg may buckle under pressure and they certainly have less big-game experience than Leipzig.

No Bundesliga side conceded fewer goals than Leipzig, who can grind out victory in the first German Cup final since 2011 to feature neither Bayern Munich nor Borussia Dortmund.
