Kick-off 8.30pm

Pacos Ferreira are playing Portuguese top-flight football for the 13th successive season and they can improve their chances of staying up by beating Boavista at Estadio da Mata Real.

After three defeats and a draw since the start of November, Pacos Ferreira have slipped to 14th, only five points above the drop zone.

However, they have done pretty well in their six home games, taking 11 points from a possible 18, and will consider the Boavista match to be a winnable fixture.

Pacos Ferreira have won four of the last six matches between the sides and will be feeling more confident after breaking a three-match losing streak with last Sunday's 1-1 draw at Belenenses.

Boavista are four points superior and remain in the top half despite last Saturday's 3-1 defeat at home to Sporting.

But they have struggled on their travels, taking just five points from seven road trips, and still haven't played at any of the big four of Benfica, Porto, Sporting and Braga.

Jorge Simao's side are the lowest scorers among the teams in the top half with just 14 goals from 14 games and lack an obvious threat in the final third.

None of their players has scored more than two league goals this season and on-loan attackers Rui Pedro (from Porto) and Leonardo Ruix (from Colombian side Nacional) have been disappointing.

Pacos Ferreira are not significantly better up front but Brazilian striker Welthon has notched four goals this season and could make the difference.
