Preview

Kolkata Knight Riders will be looking to get their season back on track against basement boys Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League on Sunday but before that two in-form sides clash in Sharjah.

Punjab Kings have won two of their last three contests while Royal Challengers Bangalore are edging closer to a playoff spot following big wins over Mumbai and Rajasthan.

And although big-hitter Glenn Maxwell will earn plenty of plaudits for recent performances, the return to form of Yuzvendra Chahal has been just as crucial to Bangalore's cause.

Spinner Chahal took 2-18 against Rajasthan and 3-11 against Mumbai, taking his tournament wicket tally to 11, and looks well-equipped to trouble the Punjab top-order.

He can also take confidence from the fact that he has dismissed Kings opener Mayank Agarwal four times in 37 balls and Chahal is a great bet to claim at least two more scalps on Sunday.
