Cliffs Of Moher set to make quick reappearance in Hardwicke Stakes
Cliffs Of Moher will make a second appearance at Royal Ascot as he is one of six entries for the Group 2 Hardwicke Stakes on Saturday.
The Aidan O'Brien-trained colt, who finished fourth behind Poet's Word in the Prince of Wales's Stakes on Wednesday, is one of two runners for the Ballydoyle team, who will also be represented by last year's winner Idaho.
O'Brien said on Thursday: "He was fine this morning so we decided to declare him for Saturday. He goes on the ground and he was second in the Derby last year so he has form over the distance."
Sir Michael Stoute, who enjoyed a record-breaking day on Wednesday with two wins, saddles last year's St Leger runner-up Crystal Ocean, who has won both his starts this season at Sandown and Newbury. The field is completed by Rare Rhythm, Barsanti and Red Verdon.
Sprint star Harry Angel heads the field of 12 for the feature Group 1 Diamond Jubilee Stakes and will attempt to make it a sprinting double for Godolphin after their success in the King's Stand with Blue Point on Tuesday.
Twenty eight runners have been declared for both the Listed Windsor Castle Stakes and the Wokingham Stakes, with the latter including ante-post favourite Dreamfield and Foolaad.
The Chesham Stakes, the opening race on the final day of the meeting, has a field of 11 and includes Beyond Reason and Arthur Kitt.
Willie Mullins has landed two of the last six Queen Alexandra Stakes and runs Renneti and Melbourne Cup sixth Thomas Hobson in a final field of 16.
