Harrington's magic wand in working order as Tilly's triumphs
Jessica Harrington has turned Sizing John from a failed 2m chaser into a Cheltenham Gold Cup winner, Our Duke from a novice into an Irish Grand National winner and now she has transformed Tilly's Chilli from a 65-rated maiden into a three-time winning handicapper.
Tilly's Chill's handicap mark could soar above 90 following her emphatic front-running success in the feature 1m2f premier handicap.
Tom 'Socks' Madden set his stall out early and sent the 5-1 shot straight to the front. The daughter of Excelebration got into a lovely rhythm at the head of affairs and when asked to put the race to bed two furlongs out she did not need to be asked twice, putting three lengths between herself and Ontheiflist.
