Jockey James Doyle said on Thursday a draw that left his Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe second favourite Sea Of Class in stall 15 "puts us on the back foot" for Sunday's Longchamp showdown.

Hot favourite Enable, a best-priced 11-10 with Paddy Power, fared better in her bid to follow up last year's Chantilly victory in the Qipco-backed spectacular after being handed stall six.

Doyle vowed to do his best to overcome the unfavourably high draw as Sea Of Class attempts to repay the €120,000 gamble connections took by supplementing her.
