Europeans have a great record on turf at the Breeders' Cup but they excelled this year, winning all four grass races on Saturday.

European form doesn't always translate at the meeting – and names as big as Golden Horn have failed the Breeders' Cup test – because the tighter US tracks often reward finishing speed, racing position and luck.

But this year those factors fell into place for a huge transatlantic raid in front of the empty Keeneland grandstand.
