With Ryan Moore set to ride Mogul in Saturday's much-anticipated Classic showdown, Mark Boylan examines Aidan O'Brien's Epsom riding arrangements.
There has always been belief in Mogul's talents from the Ballydoyle camp and it didn't come as any surprise to see Ryan Moore riding with him rather than Aidan O'Brien's other Investec Derby contenders.
Mogul lost a little of his star quality sheen when fourth in the Vertem Futurity Trophy last autumn but the team still appeared to see him as their strongest Derby hope all winter. That belief has not changed despite an underwhelming display in the King Edward VII Stakes at Royal Ascot last month.
