If Winter does take on the boys in the Irish Champion how do you see things panning out?

Andrew Griffiths, Betfred head of PR I’d fancy her to win but I very much doubt it will happen. The race is falling apart in terms of genuine challengers to Churchill so why they’d parachute Winter in to potentially remove a valuable Group 1 against older horses from his stallion CV is beyond me.

Jason Hart, jockey She’s a consistent, top-class filly with a great attitude. It would be her toughest task but she’s proved she’s one of the best fillies around and arguably some of the Classic generation of fillies are looking better than the colts, and her form says she’d be bang there.

Joseph O’Brien, trainer Now that would be very interesting indeed! We’d be treated to a thriller. I’d imagine Churchill will be very hard to beat in the Irish Champion this year though.
