Tom Park wants Champion Hurdle hope Abacadabras in his Tote Ten To Follow team

The Weekender editor has not lost faith in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle runner-up

The two star novice hurdlers of last season, Envoi Allen and Shishkin, are the first names on the teamsheet as they embark on their novice chase campaigns.

Envoi Allen looks to have the world at his feet after a foot-perfect debut over fences and if takes to the bigger obstacles it’s hard to see who can stop him cleaning up over two miles.

The other novice chaser I'm siding with is Latest Exhibition, who made a promising start over fences last month.

It's worth forgiving his comeback defeat as he goes in pursuit of the Champion Hurdle. He’ll come on plenty for that run but support him with last year’s winner who will probably take the British Grade 1s before defending her crown at Cheltenham.

looked a different beast to last term when easily taking the Charlie Hall and, although I don’t think he will run too often this season, I fancy him to reverse King George form with stablemate Clan Des Obeaux. The Gold Cup might prove a step too far but he makes the cut just ahead of Lostintranslation.

With Al Boum Photo likely to run just a couple of times, is the Irish Gold Cup contender to side with. He improved with every run last year and may turn out to be the best of the RSA trio.

Dual festival winner Sire Du Berlais produced an almighty weight-carrying performance when winning his second Pertemps Final in March. The form of that race is working out well with The Storyteller winning a Grade 1 over fences this term. He can take advantage of a weak division after impressing first time out in a 2m4f Grade 2 over a trip shorter than ideal.

I expect Honeysuckle and Chacun Pour Soi to mop up the Grade 1s in Ireland and both should follow up at the festival, with the latter preferred to Altior and Defi Du Seuil as a Champion Chase contender.
