For Talks Sake (92+) was never too far from the pace and it was particularly striking just how quickly he was able to build up an advantage at the end of the back straight, with his rivals unable to counter the move. That points to a horse with a strong turn of foot and he also finished the race strongly.

Elusive Star (87+) was trapped wide around the home bend before battling in very game style to come out on top in a tight three-way finish. He was doing all of his best work in the closing stages and can successfully return to the track.
