Kameko is super cool, like Roaring Lion - Oisin Murphy gives his Ten To Follow
The champion jockey has a perfect view from the saddle on some star potential
I got to sit on Kameko only twice this year before lockdown and I was pleased with him. He’s like Roaring Lion in his temperament, he never pulls and he’s super cool at the start.
Darain is more of a staying type than his brother Too Darn Hot and will probably start over a mile and a quarter. We’re very excited about him and the world is his oyster.
I won the Gimcrack on Threat. He stands tall in the stalls but he’s not the flashiest, while Military March is a beautiful, big horse and he’ll definitely stay a mile and a quarter.
I rode Starcat in work last year and he broke his maiden when I was in Japan, but he’s owned by big supporters of mine and I reckon he’s a proper horse. Watch out for him.
I won on Via De Vega first time and he did really well, coming from a long way back. He disappointed in a Group 1 in France but I suspect he wasn’t 100 per cent. I’m a huge fan.
Selino bolted up at Wolverhampton and was bought by Qatar Racing as Sheikh Fahad wants another Melbourne Cup type. James Fanshawe is a fantastic trainer and does particularly well with these late-maturing types.
Run Wild should have won the May Hill but James Doyle rode us to sleep on Powerful Breeze. She's physically superior to most fillies.
Enemy is from a brilliant family and is a half-brother to Group 1 winners Magic Wand and Chiquita. He's done well from two to three.
Benbatl, along with Roaring Lion, is the highest-rated horse I’ve ridden. We’ve been on a journey together since 2017 and he’s taken me around the world, winning two Group 1s. Hopefully there are more big days to come.
