When the outside world looks in on the serene confines of Ballydoyle, the sheen is what’s seen.
We zone in on the majestic equine residents, the statues of their iconic predecessors, the plush, manicured gallops, the palatial finery and the attention to detail. It is a place defined by the pursuit of excellence, a sanctuary that radiates an aristocratic essence.
That is the facade we are presented with, and the perception tends to be extended to the personnel who front it as well. All six members of the O’Brien clan are clean-living beacons of high achievement.
