Free football tips, best bets and analysis for Saturday's Spanish La Liga games.

Granada v Real Valladolid

Where to watch

LaLigaTV, 8pm Saturday

Best bet

Granada
1pt 29-20 Betfair, Coral, Ladbrokes

Match preview

Granada have slipped down the La Liga standings after one win in their last four league matches but they should still have too much for Real Valladolid, who are locked in lower-table obscurity.

The sale of centre-back Fernando Calero at the start of the season threatened to derail Valladolid's defence but goals have been the primary issue for the visitors, who have scored only twice in their last four league contests.

Granada, meanwhile, have plenty of potent options in the final third including Carlos Fernandez and Roberto Soldado and they can begin a climb up the table.

Key stat

Granada have won seven of their 11 home matches in La Liga.

Villarreal v Levante

Where to watch

LaLigaTV, 5.30pm Saturday

Best bet

Villarreal -1 goal on handicap
1pt 13-10 Betfair, Coral, Paddy Power

Match preview

The Villarreal resurgence has ground to a halt after a Copa del Rey defeat to Mirandes and 1-1 draw with Real Valladolid in La Liga but the Yellow Submarine can prevail in a soft home tie with Levante.

The visitors have lost four of their last five league games - their only triumph coming against lowly Leganes, who won just four of their 23 games.

Only the El Clasico clubs have scored more than Villarreal, whose main marksman Gerard Moreno notched his ninth league goal of the campaign last time out and can fire them to a comprehensive win.

Key stat

Villarreal have failed to score in only two of their 11 home league fixtures.

Real Mallorca v Alaves

Where to watch

LaLigaTV, midday Saturday

Best bet

Alaves
1pt 11-5 Betfair

Match preview

Mallorca have made a stumbling start to 2020, losing four of their five league matches to nil since the turn of the year.

Only basement boys Espanyol (40) have conceded more times in La Liga than the hosts (39), who have also been poor in the final third, failing to score with 31 shots in their last three fixtures.

Alaves are revitalising the careers of former Premier League forwards Joselu, Lucas Perez and Oliver Burke, who should have enough in their locker to fluster the Palma club.

Key stat

Alaves have lost only one of their last five games.
